The AGM will be held September 28th in the Community Room at the Windsor St. Sobeys at 7:00 pm. All players can attend this meeting.

‘A’ Champions 2009: Ramey

Congratulations Ramey! Ramey defeated Fire 2-0 but both games were very competitive.

‘B’ Champions 2009: Jaguars

Congratulations Jaguars! The Jaguars defeated Integrated 2-1 in the one game final.

The Metro Ladies Ball Hockey League is a competitive ball hockey league for women played out of the Shannon Park Arena in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit league.

The league runs from late May through to September and game nights are Monday and Wednesday between 6:00pm and 10:00pm.

Please note:

1. Game sheets need to be filled out BEFORE the game starts.

2. Game sheets need to be filled out correctly and be legible.  If not, the team in error will be handed a loss.

3. NEW: The Home team must pick up a copy of the game sheet after the game.

4. All players must have matching uniforms and have a number on their shirt. Captains and Assistants must be clearly marked with C & A on their shirts.

5. Goalies must play a minimum of 3 regular season games to be eligible for playoffs.

6. Each team may “borrow” a goalie from another team for up to 3 games in a season, not including playoffs.
