The Metro Ladies Ball Hockey League is a competitive ball hockey league for women played out of the Shannon Park Arena in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. It is a volunteer-run, not-for-profit league.

The league runs from May through to September and game nights are Monday and Wednesday between 6:00pm and 11:00pm.
