Please note:

1. Game sheets need to be filled out BEFORE the game starts.

2. Game sheets need to be filled out correctly and be legible.  If not, the team in error will be handed a loss.

3. NEW: The Home team must pick up a copy of the game sheet after the game.

4. All players must have matching uniforms and have a number on their shirt. Captains and Assistants must be clearly marked with C & A on their shirts.

5. Goalies must play a minimum of 3 regular season games to be eligible for playoffs.

6. Each team may “borrow” a goalie from another team for up to 3 games in a season, not including playoffs.
